GuoChengtong
      National referee, chief referee for five consecutive games.
     The 76 year -old national referee, Guo Chengtong, began working in track and field events since the 50's , and he was admitted to the Tianjin University of Sport in 1959 , after graduation in 1962, as the PE teacher he worked in Nankai Middle School and was promoted to master teacher, until retirement. During the teaching, because of Mr.Guo’s outstanding achievements, he was named national outstanding PE teachers; model worker of Tianjin;  outstanding communist party member in Nankai District. In the meantime, Mr.Guo was named the national basketball referee, have executed the work of national basketball games and international basketball referee.
