Basketball - Competition rules
1.Competition date： 12th . Oct .2014.
2.Competition place： Basketball Court of Changhong Park in Tianjin city
3.Competition item :
( 1 ) male and female shooting game
Man : one minute basket consecutive shots ; five-point shooting ; three-point shots .
Woman : one minute basket consecutive shots ; five-point shooting ; line shot .
( 2 ) male and female four half-court basketball game .
4.Age of athletes
Female athletes : over55 years of age (born before January 1st, 1959 ) .
Male athletes : over 60 years of age ( born before January 1st, 1954 ) .
5.the participating units :
( 1 )Basketball team and individuals from home and abroad,in good health,with athletic ability can register.
( 2 ) Each team may send a team leader , a coach , 1 team doctor male and female athlete of the eight people .
7.How to participate in
(1)The number of national domestic provinces , municipalities and regions and oversea reported only one team participate in the competition .
(2) 8 players, a coach , a team representatives.
(3)Each teams may send two players to participate in our traditional shooting game.
(4)Participants would please take ID card copy, passport copy , Responsibility Statement ( attachment 3 ) , health certificate , all be in readiness .
(5)Athletes take their own " health certificate " and " personal accident insurance ." In case of an accident during the race due to health conditions and injuries caused by such teams units and individuals are responsible for their own expenses.
8.Registration Date
Deadline From May 10, 2014 to 15th August(Beijing Time August 15th 24) (submitted names and detailed project see attachment 2)

10. The rules according to the "general rules for the implementation of all provisions". Unaccomplished matters, further notice.
11.The right for final explanation of the rules belongs to the Organizing Committee for the First Elderly Olympic Games.
